Sardine & Vegetable Mash

Why This Works

Small fish = lower mercury accumulation. Bones provide highly bioavailable calcium. Preformed DHA for ongoing brain development.

Ingredients

  • 2 sardines (canned in olive oil)
  • 2 tbsp mashed sweet potato
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

    Drain sardines, remove large bones (small ones are fine - calcium!)

    Mash thoroughly with fork

  3. 3

    Combine with sweet potato

  4. 4

    Add lemon juice and herbs

  5. 5

    Serve as is or spread on soft bread
